Shankar Devaru Hiremath was born on the 17th of January 1985 at Sindhanur in the Raichur district of Karnataka, India. Being a district president in Raichur of Karnataka Rajya Makkala Sahitya Parishath he has created a new record in the achievement category by organizing on-stage and online events for children across Raichur district for uplifting children’s enthusiasm in Kannada literature since 23/2/2018- 19/06/2022. Looking at his presidency excellency work which has conducted overall 50 Makkala kavi goshti successfully, KABR has honored him today.
