Somanath Salimath – 30 years of effort in a large collection of historical objects

Somanath Salimath was born on 17th of October 1973 of Bellary in Karnataka ,India .As a disability person he has set a new record in the collection category by collection of largest notes , coins and other things which have relevant historicals .Being a special educator for G.Chengareddy Mental Disability children’s school he has collected more than 2000 huge collection of notes ,coins ,Indian postal stamps ,inland covers which has included greatest personalities , agricultural ,art trade ,festival ,music ,freedom fighters , ramayana and Mahabharata postures etc .and he has exhibited his collection for 10 times in Bellary district for giving more knowledge to the children’s and people .For his greatest and worthy collection achievements he has been felicitated from various institution as well he has been honored with the “Best special teacher award” in the year of 2016 by Govt of Karnataka .
Looking at his brilliant collection ,KABR has honored him today .
